Property Insurance
- FIRE AND SPECIAL PERIL
This insurance provides compensation in respect of damage to properties, within its premises, if these losses or damage were as a result of:
- Fire, Lightning, Explosion,
- Aircraft damage,
- Impact Damage by Road Vehicles/Animals not belonging to or under the control of the insured,
- Bursting or Overflowing of Water Tanks, Apparatus or Pipes,
- Bushfire, Riot and Strike, Malicious damage, Tornado, Flood, Earthquake.

This insurance provides compensation in respect of damage to properties, within its premises, if these losses or damage were as a result of:

- Aircraft damage,
- Impact Damage by Road etc.
- MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE
Comprehensive motor insurance covers loss of or damage to insured vehicles following fire, theft and accidental collision or overturning. It also covers incurred legal liability to third parties for damages to properties and/or injuries to or death of persons.
The vehicles covered here are classed into:
- Private cars
- Commercial
- MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE
Comprehensive motor insurance covers loss of or damage to insured vehicles following fire, theft and accidental collision or overturning. It also covers incurred legal liability to third parties for damages to properties and/or injuries to or death of persons.

- PLANT ALL RISK
This covers items of plants and machinery while at the location or within the geographical area mentioned in event of any unforeseen and sudden physical loss or damage arising from fire, impact, explosion, theft and any cause not specifically excluded. The policy applies while the insured items are at work or at rest, or being temporarily dismantled and taken for the purpose of cleaning or overhauling, or after successful commissioning following re-erection.
- PLANT ALL RISK

This offers compensation to you in the event of loss of or damage to the properties insured as a result of theft or any attempt of theft accompanied by violent and forcible breaking into or exit from the premises. All costs are recoverable, including the cost of repairing damage to the insured properties as a result of burglary or attempted burglary.
This is a non-standard insurance policy that provides coverage for property damage and third-party injury or damage. The two primary types of risks on construction projects are;
- Damage to property; can include improper construction of structures, damage that happens during a renovation and damage to temporary work erected on-site.
- Damage to Third parties; including subcontractors who may also become injured while working at the construction site.
CAR insurance coverage is common for such construction projects as buildings, water tanks, sewage treatment plans, flyovers, airports, etc.
This compensates you for your legal liability to third parties for personal injury by accident and/or damage to their properties arising from your business operations carried out on your premises or area/site of operation.
